Spinach Balls

Ingredients:

1 10 oz. box frozen spinach, thawed and drained

½ c. Parmesan
1 c. stuffing mix
3 eggs, beaten
½ c. butter, room temperature

 

Directions:

Combine and shape into walnut-sized balls.

Freeze for at least one hour.

Bake at 350˚ F for 15 minutes, or until slightly browned and set.
