Ingredients:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 cups flour
1 1/2 to 2 cups ground almonds
confectioners' sugar
Dough must be chilled.
Directions:

Cream butter. Add remaining ingredients, mixing
well. Chill dough.

Roll dough into one inch balls; place on ungreased
baking sheet.

Bake in preheated 325 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Roll in confectioners' sugar while still warm.

 |
Cool and roll again.
